Since 2014, our team of lawyers has handled cases concerning indexed loans and loans denominated in foreign currencies (Swiss franc, Japanese yen, American dollar, euro). We provide comprehensive legal services at the pre-trial stage and during court proceedings, whose aim is to invalidate a loan agreement or to remove conversion clauses from the agreement (so that the loan is no longer a foreign currency denominated loan).
We deal with both valid agreements and repaid loans. We represent Clients in disputes started by borrowers and in cases brought by banks.
